How
long can I hire the equipment?
We will arrange delivery and collection around your function
to suit you. If you want a castle to be delivered at 8.00
am and collected at 7.00 pm we will do it and it wont cost
you any extra than the amount quoted.
I
want to hire a 15’ x 11’ Castle, how much room
do I actually need?
To use a 15’ x 11’ castle you need to allow a
width of approximately 13’ and a length of approximately
18’. This allows a foot each side for staking the castle
securely and a minimum of 18’ length to utilise the
safety mats securely.
How
does the Castle stay inflated and can I turn it on / off when
I want?
The castle is inflated utilising a 1.5 HP blower. This electric
blower is cabled utilising heavy duty waterproofed and PAT
tested electric cables and can be plugged in to any normal
plug socket in the house, shed or garage via a circuit breaker
that we provide.
After that its as simple as ‘flicking a switch’
to inflate the castle which takes approx 30 seconds to both
inflate and deflate.
My
garden has a slight slope can I still use a bouncy castle?
Yes, even on a slight slope, we use heavy-duty metal stakes
to secure the castles ensuring that they do not move or tip.
I
have a flat area in my garden but its half lawn and half patio
– will I be able to use a castle?
Yes, as long as the area is flat and free from any sharp edges
etc then we can use a combination of the metal stakes and
sand bags to secure the castle and we will provide extra safety
mats to cover the hard surface.
The
weather forecast looks like there will be showers on the day
of my party – will I still be able to use the castle?
Yes, as long as the castles are not used in really heavy persistent
rain or strong winds then the shower roofs will protect the
bouncing area. All you need to do is have a towel handy and
if you think the castle is getting a little wet in the bouncing
area just give it a quick wipe down in between bounces!
My
garden is 200 foot long and I want the castle at the furthest
end – can you provide enough extension lead to operate
the castle?
Yes, we have ample extension leads and can reach most garden
lengths with ease.
Our
party will go on late in to the evening – will we be
able to have the castle until midnight?
Yes, our usual collection deadline is approximately 7.00 pm
therefore as long as the garden is safe and secure we are
happy to leave the castle with you over night at an additional
charge of £20.00 (to cover extra cleaning).
